What you'll be doing

Wir su­chen einen leidenschaftlichen  Client Manager (m/w/d) Utilities / KRITIS (kritische Infrastruktur) , der die strategische Ausrichtung für die größten und engagier­testen Kunden von NTT vorantreibt und dabei hilft, deren Geschäftsvisionen in die Realität umzusetzen.

Als globaler IT-Dienstleister denken und agieren wir auch lokal. Unsere Kunden und Partner sind namhafte Energieversorger, Netzbetreiber und großen regionalen Stadtwerken. Mit einem spezialisierten Team aus Presales, technischen Experten und unseren Key Vendoren gehst Du ins Gespräch mit Kunden und hilfst Ihnen bei der Umsetzung ihrer spezifischen IT-Strategie.

Deine Aufgaben:

Ausbau von namhaften Accounts in den Bereichen Energie und Netzbetreiber (EVU, Netzbetreiber / TSO) sowie großen regionalen Stadtwerken.

Verantwortung für kompletten Sales-Zyklus Identifikation von Bedarfen, Angebotsverhandlung und Vertragsabschluss.

Mix aus Hunting und Farming.

Strukturierte Erstellung von Accountplänen gemeinsam mit unseren Solution Sales Kollegen.

Erhöhung des Bekanntheitsgrades der Marke „NTT Germany Utilities“ (z.B. durch Organisation und Betreuung von Kundenveranstaltungen).

Pflege des Vendoren / Partnernetzwerkes.

Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt in der Vermarktung unserer „Core-Produkte“ aus den Bereichen Network Integration, Security, Unified Collaboration, Contact Center & Data Center, abgestimmt auf Unternehmen im Energiesektor und im Bereich kritischer Infrastrukturen.

Erarbeiten von kundenspezifischen Lösungen gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen sowie Präsentation der Konzepte beim Kunden.

Positionierung von NTT als zuverlässigen Berater im Lösungs-Umfeld und Partner der Digitalisierung.

Das bringst Du mit:

Eine kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.

Vertriebserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise aber nicht zwingend im Umfeld Energieversorger, Service Provider und Medien oder in den Bereichen Netzwerklösungen, Unified Collaboration, Data Center, IT Security.

Idealerweise eigenes Kontaktnetzwerk im Kundenumfeld und / oder zu Partnern wie Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, ALE, Checkpoint, MS, Splunk, F5, Service Now etc.

Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise.

Fundierte und sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Kenntnisse in Salesforce.com

Must have:  Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Optional: Erfahrungen im Bereich Ausschreibungen, Teilnahme- und Verhandlungsverfahren sowie Ausschreibungen des öffentlichen Vergaberechtes.
