Your tasks
Administration, configuration and support of information systems Care and maintenance of our own IT hardware and the software used Close cooperation with suppliers on the basis of existing support contracts Proactive monitoring and supervision of data backup Ensuring the operation and functionality of the IT systems, the applications used and all connected subsystems Independent implementation and collaboration in IT projects to optimize and expand the IT infrastructure Creating and revising IT processes Acting as contact person and support for internal employees in all IT matters, e.g. user training and advice, installation and administration of IT client systems
Your profile
Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in a relevant IT course, alternatively comparable IT training as an IT specialist or IT clerk with several years of relevant professional experience Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, structure, architecture and administration of IP-based networks, databases, Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services and IT security Written and spoken German language skills Quick comprehension, strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills Process- and solution-oriented, systematic working style Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, willingness to innovate, assertiveness, ability to work in a team, commitment and high reliability-
