SCM Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) About us

To further strengthen our position among the leading companies in the automotive industry, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is expanding its R&D Center at its European headquarter in Frankfurt in order to meet local customer requirements even better. Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree (Minimum) in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in engineering project management
  • Deep understanding of automotive development processes
  • Proven hands-on experience in one of more of the following areas: A-SPICE, Cyber Security, Functional Safety, Agile, and E/E Component Design
  • Proven experience in performing initial analysis of customer technical requirements
  • Experience in change request management within the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with Polarion and Jira tools (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on project-oriented work
  • Strong communication skills: the ability to speak, listen, and write clearly, thoroughly, and in timely manner
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams, as well as the ability to influence and lead others
  • Fluency in English is required
Your tasks
  • Facilitate and work together on engineering tasks with project team members
  • Manage the project schedule to ensure the achievement of project goals
  • Provide updates on project progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Identify and report issues to project team and propose solution, and lead resolution activities
  • Address new and changing customer requirements
  • Clarify customer requirements through direct discussions with the customer
  • Review engineering deliverables (such as Specifications, Test Reports, Safety/Security Analysis Reports) with the customer
  • Analyze customer requirements and vehicle data
  • Lead RFQ analysis and optimal proposal development activities
