Wir sind eine Performance Marketing Agentur, die auf Social Advertising für E-Commerce Unternehmen spezialisiert ist. Unser 13-köpfiges Team aus Digital Natives unterstützt seine Kunden aus dem DACH-Raum mit kreativen Werbekampagnen auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok. Wir vereinen Media Buying mit performance- optimierten und innovativen Creatives, die die Zielgruppen unserer Kunden überzeugen.

Zur Verstärkung suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Creative Designer in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben
  • Du erstellst Creatives (Static & Video) für Social Advertising Kampagnen auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok, die die Performance unserer Kampagnen maßgeblich beeinflussen
  • Du konzipierst, zusammen mit unseren Media Buyern und Marketing Managern, Creative Strategien, die sich von der Masse abheben
  • Du bleibst stetig auf der Suche nach aktuellen Trends und bringst eigene, kreative Ideen mit ein
Qualifikation
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Design/Marketing/Kommunikation oder überzeugst uns mit Referenzen deiner Arbeit
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit den gängigen Programmen der Adobe Creative Cloud (v.a. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Du hast einen Sinn für kreative Gestaltung und Social Media Trends und Lust, eigene Ideen mit einzubringen
  • Du pflegst einen selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Add-On: Erste Agentur-/ Kampagnen-Erfahrung
