Shared Mobility Operations

Auf dem Campusgelände in Neubiberg betreibt evhcle eine Mikromobilitätsflotte, bestehend aus E-Bikes, E-Scooter, E-Vespas und elektrische Lastenfahrrädern, die den Mitarbeitern und Studierenden vor Ort exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Das Projekt ist Bestandteil des Munich Mobility Research Campus und erprobt neue Technologien für die Mobilität der Zukunft.

Aufgaben
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung des Batteriewechsels innerhalb der Flotte; Koordinierung der Aufladung
  • Die Logistik und Anfahrt zu den Fahrzeugen auf dem Gelände erfolgt mit einem E-Lastenrad
  • Austausch von Wechselakkus
  • Sichtprüfung der Fahrzeuge und ggf. kleinere Reparaturen nach Bedarf
  • ggf. Aufheben sowie Umstellung bzw. Disposition der Fahrzeuge
  • Absprachen mit Operations Manager vor Ort
  • ggf. Weitere Erledigungsfahrten
Qualifikation
  • Verlässlichkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Versiert und sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden und in der Kommunikation im Team
  • Fließend Englisch oder Deutsch sind Pflicht
  • Fahrrad- und Schrauberaffinität von Vorteil

Für Anbieter kümmern wir uns mit unserem 360°-Konzept um alle in der Praxis relevanten Bausteine für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Shared Mobility: Bereitstellung der Fahrzeuge und Ladeinfrastruktur, Wartung und Pflege, Versicherung und Abrechnung.
