DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH

Als Senior Program Manager (all genders) SAP besetzt du eine der vielseitigsten Positionen mit großem Wachstums- und Gestaltungsspielraum. Neben Themen- und Kundenverantwortung packst du als Fachexpertin oder Fachexperte bei uns auch im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit an.
Konkret übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben: 

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und Steuerung komplexer IT Programme und großer IT Projekte. Als Teil des Führungsteams bist du Ansprechpartnerin oder Ansprechpartner des Vorstandes und insbesondere in der Lage, verbessernde Maßnahmen in kritischen Projekten aufzuzeigen und durchzusetzen. Du steuerst souverän Großprojekte, Near- und Offshore-Projekte sowie unternehmensübergreifende Projekte und Programme. Du identifizierst Risiken in kritischen Projekten und bringst diese durch Gegenmaßnahmen aus der Krise. Du leitest Vorstudien, Implementierungs- und Rollout-Projekte im Rahmen der digitalen SAP Transformation mit Fokus auf Geschäftsprozesse in SAP S/4HANA. 

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung Mindestens 15 Jahre fundierte Praxiserfahrung in komplexen SAP-Implementierungsprojekten Belastbare Erfahrung in der SAP Projekt-/Programmleitung sowie in der Übernahme kritischer Projekte und deren Weiterführung zum Erfolg Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft
