As an L2 Desktop Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service: Assisting end-users with technical issues and resolving their problems promptly and efficiently.
- Managing hardware and software: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, operating systems, and applications.
- Ensuring network connectivity: Supporting network-related issues and maintaining optimal network performance.
- Adhering to security standards: Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect our systems and data.
- Supporting events and projects: Providing IT support for on-site events and contributing to IT projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in service delivery and end-user support.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, VPN, printing, and mobile devices.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
