Aufgaben
Laufende Betreuung / Verwaltung von geschlossenen Fondslösungen im Bereich Private Markets
o Betreuung der Kundenberater und Anleger inkl. Berichterstattung und sonstige Anlegerkorrespondenz
o Zusammenarbeit mit den internen und externen Kooperations- und Dienstleistungspartnern
o Prüfung und Umsetzung von regulatorischen und steuerlichen Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
o Controlling, Liquiditätsmanagement und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs für Fonds- bzw. Tochtergesellschaften Strukturierung und Einführung von geschlossenen Fondslösungen im Bereich Private Markets
o Durchführung des Produkteinführungsprozesses inkl. Abstimmung auf Gruppenebene
o Vertriebsunterstützung / After-Sales Service inkl. Koordination der Zeichnungsprozesse und Unterstützung bei der Vermarktung
o Weiterentwicklung des Private Markets Angebots inkl. der technischen Prozesse Mitarbeit in bereichs- und gruppenweiten Projekten
Anforderungsprofil
Anforderungen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene finanzwirtschaftliche Ausbildung und/oder Studienabschluss mit finanzwirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung Praxiserfahrung im Produktmanagement in der Finanzbranche, Schwerpunkt auf Private Assets / Alternative Investments von Vorteil Erfahrungen in Projektarbeit wünschenswert Sehr gute Word-, PowerPoint- und Excel-Kenntnisse Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Hoher Teamgeist Präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
