Über Yepoda

Bei Yepoda trifft koreanische Effizienz auf nachhaltige Lösungen: Unsere Hautpflegeprodukte werden mit Liebe in Korea hergestellt. Unsere Mission ist es, die besten Beauty-Innovationen aus Korea direkt nach Europa zu bringen - ohne Kompromisse bei unseren Werten, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit. Alle unsere Produkte werden mit den besten natürlichen und aktiven Inhaltsstoffen hergestellt, sind vegan und tierversuchsfrei . Unser Ziel ist es, die K-Beauty-Routine einfach, effektiv und unterhaltsam zu gestalten.

Wir sind ein 2020 gegründetes Beauty-Startup mit Sitz im Herzen Berlins. Unser Team besteht aus über 55 brillanten Menschen, die aus der ganzen Welt zu uns gekommen sind, um aktiv die Geschichte von Yepoda zu schreiben. 

Zur Unterstützung unserer deutschen Community suchen wir einen Customer Care & Community Manager (m/w/d) .

Your tasks

  • Interaktion mit unserer Community: Du bist Yepoda-Expert:in  für unsere Produkte und die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Community
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Fragen und Anliegen unserer Fans und Kund:innen  (Social Media, E-Mail) und stellst sicher, dass sie ein tolles Erlebnis haben, wenn sie mit uns in Kontakt treten
  • Du trägst zum weiteren Wachstum von Yepoda in Social Media bei, indem du mit der Community interagierst
Your profile

  • Du hast  Medienmanagement, Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein ähnliches  Fach studiert oder verfügst  über vergleichbare Erfahrungen im Bereich Kund:innenenservice oder Kommunikation
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem oder bilingualem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, da Englisch unsere Firmensprache ist
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (z.B. Französisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Niederländisch)
  • Leidenschaft für Beauty-Themen & Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, offen für Neues und freust dich über die Chance, in einem jungen Startup Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Google Programme (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Erfahrung mit Gorgias von Vorteil
