Ihre Aufgaben

Sie verantworten die Produktionsversorgung am Standort Marburg. Dazu zählen neben den klassischen Logistikprozessen der Warenannahme, Lagerung und Versand auch der Probenzug sowie die Verwiegung von Rohstoffen für die Produktionsbetriebe bis zu Auslieferung der Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe zum Kunden.

Die Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Abarbeitung des Produktionsplanes unter Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheits- und Compliance Anforderungen sowie der budgetierten Zielvorgaben inkl. Forecast- und Budgetplanung gehören zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet

Ihnen obliegt die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Teams

Die kontinuierliche Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses hinsichtlich Personalbedarf und Produktionsdurchsatz rundet diese Stelle ab.


Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss mit technischer oder naturwissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung sowie mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in pharmazeutischer, biotechnologischer oder chemischen Produktionsumfeld

Sehr gute ERP & MS Office Kenntnisse zeichnen Sie aus

Sie sind eine charismatische und engagierte Führungskraft, die Teamwork und hohe Qualitätsstandards vorlebt
