Branch / Programm Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Germany, Alsdorf

 

Your Tasks:

            Objectives of this role

      •  Maintain constant communication with the customer, transmit production and priority plans to the operation
      • Cooperating with other areas and managers to achieve customer targets
      • Develop, implement, and maintain reporting and measuring tools
      • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
      • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget

 

           Responsibilities

        •  Lead, motivate, and support the Customer Fokus and Logistics team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
        • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
        • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
        • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

Your Qualifications:

          Required skills and qualifications

      •  Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
      • Experience in customer management
      • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
      • Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
      • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
      • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office tools
      • Fluent in English language

          Preferred skills and qualifications

        •  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
        • Strong IT skills, including database development
        • Basic or intermediate level in German
