Branch / Programm Manager (f/m/d)
Location: Germany, Alsdorf
Your Tasks:
Objectives of this role
- Maintain constant communication with the customer, transmit production and priority plans to the operation
- Cooperating with other areas and managers to achieve customer targets
- Develop, implement, and maintain reporting and measuring tools
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the Customer Fokus and Logistics team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
Your Qualifications:
Required skills and qualifications
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
- Experience in customer management
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office tools
- Fluent in English language
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
- Strong IT skills, including database development
- Basic or intermediate level in German
