The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a state-of-the-art conference center, customized and first-class event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant & Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen, the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge & Bar, offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Our guests are also delighted by the spectacular roof terrace and MClub Lounge with panoramic views over the city, all the way to the Bavarian Alps. You work in a structured way, can always surprise our guests with great tips for their stay and take care of all guest concerns before, during and after their stay. You are a passionate host
What your responsibilities are...
You greet and say goodbye to our guests, check them in and out and have an open ear for all guest concerns You do your daily accounting conscientiously and always adhere to the specified processes You answer phone calls and communicate digitally on many channels - and of course in a friendly and professional manner. You train our trainees and are happy to pass on your knowledge You are always thinking of new ways to inspire our guests - always keeping an eye on the overall hotel goals and brand standards.That's what we want from you....
You have a completed vocational training (preferably in the tourism sector) You enjoy working with people from all over the world every day Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards show in everything you do You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality Your professionalism paired with your self-confident appearance and charm inspire our guests every day You have a work permit for the EU/GermanyAnd this is how we inspire you....
