Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Produktion von Handelsmarken für Baumärkte, Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte und Gartencenterketten.

Wir suchen einen motivierten Financial Controller (m/w/d), um unser team in Stuttgart zu verstärken.

Der Financial Controller (m/w/d) sollte folgende Qualifikationen mitbringen / aufweisen können :

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im (Finance) Controlling und Reporting
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine eigenverantwortliche sowie teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel), gute SAP-Kenntnisse  idealerweise auch in LucaNet
  • Erfahrung im Finanzcontrolling eines Produktionsunternehmens mit Schwerpunkt auf Kostenkontrolle wäre von großem Vorteil
  • Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Interesse an Prozessimplementierung und -verbesserungen
  • Englischkenntnisse erforderlich

In den ersten 12 Monaten wirst du

  • Den Aufbau kontinuierlicher Controlling-Prozesse, Steuerungsinstrumente und KPIs weiterentwickeln.
  • Prognosen erstellen und die Geschäftsjahresplanung durchführen.
  • Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen durchführen.
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Daten und Kennzahlen erheben, analysieren und interpretieren.
  • Bei der Kalkulation von Projekten unterstützen, z.B. bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen.
  • Die Liquiditätsplanung und -überwachung unterstützen.
  • Berichte, Statistiken und Auswertungen erstellen
