Jedes Kind hat das Recht auf eine Zukunft. In Deutschland und weltweit arbeiten wir als größte unabhängige Kinderrechtsorganisation mit aller Kraft dafür, dass Kinder gesund aufwachsen, lernen können und geschützt werden, auch in Krisenzeiten. In unseren Projekten beteiligen wir sie und setzen uns gemeinsam mit ihnen für ihre Zukunft ein.Um unsere Arbeit gerechter und machtsensibler zu gestalten, möchten wir Raum für Perspektiven marginalisierter Personen schaffen. Ihr seid outdoor aber auch indoor in ganz Berlin unterwegs. Lerne die schönsten und hippsten Viertel Berlins kennen – von der Friedrichsbrücke und bildschönen Museumsinsel in Mitte über den Mauerpark bis hin zum Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg. Triff neue Menschen, begeistere dich für neue Orte und knüpfe Kontakte in der NGO. Das alles vereint der beste Nebenjob der Welt
Das bringst du mit:- Identifikation mit unseren Werten
- Durchhaltevermögen und Freude am offenen Austausch mit Passant*innen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Alter: 18 - 99 Jahre
- 12 - 24 Stunden/Woche Zeit für drei bis sechs Stunden täglich (dienstags-freitags 13-19 / 16-19 Uhr)
- Teamarbeit auf Augenhöhe sowie bezahlte Kommunikationstrainings und Coachings für deine persönliche Weiterentwicklung
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten – im Sommer draußen in der Sonne, in der kälteren Jahreszeit überwiegend drinnen

Wir unternehmen alles, um Kinder im Rahmen unserer Arbeit vor Gefahren zu schützen. Deshalb setzen wir die Bereitschaft voraus, nach den Child Safeguarding Standards von Save the Children zu handeln und benötigen bei einer Einstellung die Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses.
