  • Experience project management: You work in project management office to support in various aspects of project management incl. executive management meeting preparations
  • Take responsibility: You prepare and support communication activities for different target audiences
  • Convince with words: You maintain different communication platforms on the intranet, write articles and blog-posts
  • Reliable work: You compile and polish project presentations
  • Thorough planning: You support to prepare and conduct workshops
  • Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Communication Sciences or similar
  • Experience: You already have first experience in Project Management
  • Personality: You consider yourself an open-minded team player and are willing to learn
  • Skills: You are well versed in working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (incl. macros)
  • Mindset: You are highly motivated with a can-do mentality and flexibility to work with different interfaces in an agile environment
  • Way of working: You are well-organized, pay attention to details and work pro-actively as well as self-reliant
  • Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
