Aufgaben

Deine Rolle:

Entwickle mit uns die intelligente Gästekommunikation von Morgen. Tauche ein in die Zukunft der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion mit unserer KI-gesteuerten Sprachassistenzplattform. Vereinfache Prozesse, generiere wertvolle Erkenntnisse und optimiere Ressourcen, während Du die Landschaft der Gastkommunikation mit unseren Projekten, wie Alexa für Hospitality, aktiv gestaltest.

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Voice Skills für verschiedene Plattformen wie Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant und andere. Auch bei der Konzeption kannst du dich gerne einbringen.
  • Integration von Spracherkennung in bestehende und neue Projekte.
  • Umsetzung neuer Web-Schnittstellen und Optimierung ihrer Usability und Performance.
  • Mitarbeit an unserer skalierbaren SaaS-Plattform.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklerteam sowie mit UX-Designern und Produktmanagern, um qualitativ hochwertige Voice User Interfaces (VUIs) zu entwickeln.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung bestehender Voice Skills unter Berücksichtigung von Nutzerfeedback und Marktanforderungen.
  • Evaluierung neuer Sprachtechnologien und Trends zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen.
Qualifikation

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung und den Kerntechnologien JavaScript/TypeScript sowie den JS Frameworks.
  • Wünschenswert sind erste Projekterfahrungen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung (SCRUM/Kanban) und Aufbau komplexerer Internetanwendungen, idealerweise in Bereich sprachbasierter Systeme
  • Verständnis von API (REST / SOAP) getriebenen (Web)Architekturen und praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen DevOps, Cloud Native Technologien
  • Idealerweise Entwicklung mit Unit-Tests (Test Driven Development)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Voice Skills für Plattformen wie Amazon Alexa oder Google Assistant, einschliesslich der Verwendung von Entwicklungstools und -umgebungen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Spracherkennungs- und NLP-Technologien.
  • Kreativität und Innovationsgeist, um ansprechende und benutzerfreundliche VUIs (VoiceUserInterface) zu entwickeln.
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld zu arbeiten.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
