Wir suchen Dich zur Verstärkung als Construction Manager / Technical Project Manager (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
Die selbstständige Koordination und Steuerung von Baumaßnahmen Durchführung von Modernisierungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Neubauprojekten Leerwohnungssanierungen auf Bauherrenseite Gewährleistungsmanagement Die Koordination der Baufirmen und somit die Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Projektziele Koordination von externen ArchitektInnen und FachplanerInnen sowie Steuerung der internen Arbeitsabläufe Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der jährlichen Budgetplanung von Baumaßnahmen gemeinsam mit dem Asset Management Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von internen Prozessen Sicherstellung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten Erstellen von Bau- und Planerverträgen nach BGB und VOB anhand von Vorlagen Wahrnehmung der Bauherrenfunktion Bauüberwachung und Abnahme von Handwerkerleistungen Unterstützung des kaufmännischen Property Managements bei technischen Fragestellungen Die Einhaltung und Umsetzung unseres Friendly Home Standards, um den besten Service für unsere MieterInnen zu gewährleistern Enge Zusammenarbeit und Knowledge-Transfer mit unseren KollegInnen aus EuropaWas uns überzeugt:
