As part of our team, you will contribute to building a high-performance framework to activate new and existing customers with exceptional campaigns on social media. Your role

Setup, management and continuous optimization of social media advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest in multiple countries You increase the cost efficiency of our social advertising measures and contribute directly to achieving our company's goals, such as raising brand awareness and increasing traffic and sales Run A/B tests by creating hypotheses to improve performance and transferring them into test scenarios You develop new ad creatives in collaboration with our Creative Department and Social Media team Direct communication with external and internal stakeholders such as our advertising platforms as well as our own teams in Commercial, Product, Data and Retail Media You create reports on the development of ad performance and evaluation of test results

Your profile

Completed studies in the fields of marketing, economics, media or communication Existing knowledge in the field of social media ( Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), SEA or digital marketing Initial experience working with ad management systems ( Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager ) A highly analytical and technical understanding in dealing with numbers Linguistic creativity and fluency as well as a good feel for visual appeal Excellent German and English communication skills Nice to have Completed studies in the fields of Media, Communication, Marketing, Economics - or similar  Sound understanding of social media marketing and user habits

Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 36000€ and 45000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
