What is the job about?

As our new Lead Quality Assurance (f/m/d) you are going to lead and mentor our quality team that is responsible for Ready Made Garments Quality, Materials Quality, and Accessories Quality. This includes the following tasks 

  • Establish and enforce ARMEDANGELS´ manufacturing standards for quality improvement, technical expertise, and equipment based on industry best practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead problem-solving efforts to address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures, collaborating across departments to enhance manufacturing processes and uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for physical and chemical tests, trims, labels, and packaging across different markets.
  • Negotiate terms and prices with external stakeholders and manage the departments budget.

  • A degree in textile techniques or similar field, with extensive relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor teams towards achieving quality objectives.
  • Extensive expertise in quality assurance, including problem-solving and adherence to industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge in legal requirements and regulations related to quality control and assurance.
