Über Sie und diese Rolle

Für unseren Standort in Böhlen (Nähe Leipzig)  suchen wir aktuell eine:n  Instandhaltungsingenieur:in zur Unterstützung unseres TES (T echnical E xpertise & S upport)-Teams. Werden Sie Teil eines globalen Spezialistenteams unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen, das innovative Lösungen für komplexe technische Herausforderungen entwickelt. Ihr Beitrag zum Teamerfolg wird es sein, mit Ihrem Fachwissen und Ihrer ingenieurtechnischen Expertise eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Anlagenverfügbarkeit unserer Chemieanlagen zu gewährleisten. Dabei sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson bei akuten Anlagenproblemen und auftretenden Betriebsstörungen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Beurteilen, ob Ausrüstungen entsprechend der beabsichtigten oder bestehenden Einsatzbedingen ausgelegt sind. Beraten hinsichtlich spezieller Reparaturtechniken, Toleranzen, Konstruktionsmaterialien, Schweißverfahren etc. Verantwortlich für die zuverlässige Dokumentation von Reparaturen, Reparaturverfahren, gerätespezifische Schulungen und deren Bereitstellung. Bereitstellung von Daten zur Anlagenzuverlässigkeit und -leistung, Unterstützung bei der Budgeterstellung und Abwägung von Kosten von Anlagenausfällen und Austauschstrategien. Leitung der Ursachenanalyse bei unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen und effektive Fehlerbeseitigung zur Vermeidung künftiger Ausfälle. Projektleitung zur Verringerung von Nacharbeiten und Erhöhung störungsfreier Zeiten und Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der Wartungsdisziplin. Beratung bei der Überprüfung der Ersatzteillisten. Übernahme wichtiger, koordinierender Tätigkeiten und Zusammenstellung von Arbeitsaufträgen für kritische Produktionsausrüstungen bei Großabstellungen.

Qualifikationen:

Universitätsabschluss (Master oder Dipl.-Ing.) in einem relevanten Fachgebiet (Maschinenbau, Chemieingenieurwesen, Anlagenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet) Erfahrung mit Arbeitsprozessen in der Instandhaltung in internationalen Industrieunternehmen. Hervorragendes technisches Fachwissen insbesondere in den Bereichen Druckbehälter, Rohrleitungen, Schweiß- und Werkstoffkunde sowie Regelwerke. Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und Fähigkeit zu klarer und verbindlicher Kommunikation. Fähigkeit, ergebnisorientiert, unabhängig, proaktiv und teamorientiert zu arbeiten und zu denken. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse.
