Aufgaben:
Sicherstellung der Durchführung und Dokumentation von Arzneimittelfreigaben entsprechend den regulatorischen sowie abteilungs- und unternehmensinternen Vorgaben Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung, dass die betreffenden Produkte entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften und dem Stand der Technik hergestellt, geprüft, gekennzeichnet und freigegeben werden Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Verwaltung von produktrelevanten Dokumenten und Mustern (Chargendokumentationen, Kennzeichnungsmaterialien, Rückstellmuster etc.) Unterstützung bei der Untersuchung und Abstellung von Produktreklamationen und Qualitätsabweichungen bei Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und unternehmensinternen Stellen Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten (PQR) sowie Erhebung und Auswertung von Qualitätskennzahlen Unterstützende Funktion bei der Durchführung von Audits durch externe Behörden oder Kunden Identifizierung von potenziellen Fälschungen serialisierter Arzneimittel durch Erfassung und Bearbeitung eingegangener Alerts Evaluierung und Bewertung eines CAPA-Prozess für eingegangene Alerts Abstimmung der Ergebnisse und Erstellung eines Alert Reports für das Alert Management Unterstützung des Wholesale Representative in der Umsetzung seiner legalen AufgabenProfil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene wissenschaftlich-technische Ausbildung (Medizintechniker, MTA, PTA, BTA etc.) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Fundierte Berufserfahrung im legal- und qualitätsregulatorischen Umfeld eines Pharmaunternehmens wünschenswert Grundkenntnisse im deutschen und europäischen Arzneimittelrecht ist vorteilhaft Erfahrung im Lieferanten-Dienstleistungs-Management Sehr gute MS Office 365 und SAP-Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Selbstständige, systematische, sorgfältige, verantwortungsvolle und gewissenhafte ArbeitsweiseUnser Angebot für Sie:
