Ihre zentrale Rolle:
Mit Ihrer Expertise ein erfolgreiches Anforderungsmanagement sowie fundierte IT-Lösungen für ERGO schaffen Sie überführen die Geschäftsanforderungen in Systemanforderungen inklusive der Beschreibung der entsprechenden Teile der IT-Systemlösung (Solution Component Description). In diesem Rahmen sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass die vom Fachbereich gewünschte Systemveränderung sachgerecht und korrekt umgesetzt wird. Damit leisten Sie einen erheblichen Beitrag für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Projekte.Anwendungssysteme betreuen Sie und entwickeln diese fachlich weiter. Auch die Betreuung der Fachbereiche bei Rückfragen zu IT-Anwendungen oder bei der Interpretation von Ergebnissen der Batchläufe gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet. Sie wirken bei der Definition von Anforderungsstandards inklusive der Qualitätsziele mit und stimmen sich dazu mit den Stakeholdern ab.
In Projekten verschiedener Größe wirken Sie verantwortlich mit und führen als RE-Lead die fachlich unterstellten Mitarbeiter innerhalb der Projektportfolio-Clustern. Sie steuern die Definition von erwarteten Ergebnissen bei Funktionstests, analysieren Produktionsfehler und leiten Fehlerkorrekturen und Change Requests ein.
Last but not least unterstützen Sie bei Kommunikation, Schulung und Qualifizierung in Zusammenhang mit Systemeinführungen.
Ihr Profil:
Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit analytischem Denkvermögen Eine wertvolle Basis bildet Ihr abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Versicherungswesen, Organisation, Mathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung kombiniert mit fachspezifischer Berufserfahrung.Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der Methoden und Verfahren entlang des Lösungsentwicklungsprozesses mit Schwerpunkt Requirements Engineering. Gute Kenntnisse der Arbeitsabläufe und Geschäftsprozesse rund um IFRS 4/17 und Solvency II sowie Vorkenntnisse aus dem Versicherungsumfeld sind von Vorteil.
Mit Ihren analytischen Fähigkeiten können Sie komplexe Sachverhalte schnell erfassen und präzise formulieren. Sie sind ein Teamplayer und bringen hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbereitschaft mit. Mit agilem Arbeiten (Scrum, Kanban) sind Sie vertraut. Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
