Neben unserem Hauptsitz in New York sind wir an vielen europäischen Standorten vertreten. Derzeit suchen wir Toptalente in Voll- oder Teilzeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Düsseldorf. 

Das erwartet dich 

  • Begleitung des gesamten Designprojektablaufes von der Analyse, über die Strategieentwicklung bis hin zur Umsetzung 
  • Erstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Präsentationen und entscheidungsrelevanter Dokumente und deren Präsentation bei Klient*innen 
  • Entwicklung von Look-and-Feels und Designkonzepten von der Logoentwicklung über Bildstile, Layoutprinzipien, Farbspektren, Schrift- und Typosysteme bis hin zu Illustrations- und Iconstilen 
  • Prüfung der vorbereiteten Layouts und ihrer grafischen Elemente auf Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen der technischen Spezifikation 
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von klassischen und digitalen Marketingkonzepten und -strategien mit dem Schwerpunkt Corporate Design / Corporate Identity. 
  • Gestaltung von Websites und Design Systemen 
  • Kollaboratives Arbeiten mit Kolleg*innen aus Strategie, Text und Konzept 
  • Unterstützung New Biz-Aktivitäten und Pitches – mit klarem Verständnis für die Kunden-anforderungen bei der Angebotserstellung    

 

Das bringst du mit 

  • 5 – 7  Jahre Berufserfahrung im kreativen und digitalen Bereich 
  • Erfahrungen bei der Projektarbeit für internationale Marken und Unternehmen  
  • Fachkenntnisse in Adobe Creative Suite (insbesondere Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Miro und Figma  
  • Umfassende Erfahrungen im Bereich Corporate Design und der Entwicklung von digitalem Servicedesign und UX  
  • Erfahrung in Motion Graphics und Kenntnisse in After Effects sind von Vorteil 
  • Fähigkeit zum sicheren Arbeiten unter Druck und mit engen Zeitvorgaben 
  • Hohe Motivation, Präsentationsstärke und eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Blick auf Timing und Budget  
  • Ausgeprägte strategische Fähigkeiten, um Geschäfts- und Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und zu erkennen 
  • Teamgeist, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Kommunikationsstärke  
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch- (in Wort und Schrift) und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie ein gutes Gespür für Sprache und Text in der Kreation
