Jack-Up Operations

We are looking for a Jack-up and Turbine Installation Lead to join our office in either: Vejle, Oslo, Aberdeen, Leer, or Zoetermeer. The Jack-up Operations and Turbine installation lead is responsible for turbine transport and installation as well as jack-up specific operations, from tender phase to project execution according to agreed cycle time, budget, and safety standards.

What you will be doing

Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain standard methods and procedures. Take part in development of vessel and mission equipment including upgrades Keep track of relevant technology developments Capture Lessons Learned and follow up on implementation. Support Tenders by providing high quality and competitive technical tender input Monitor vessel and equipment performance and address deviations from objectives. Perform operational reviews and liaise closely with the offshore management team to solve challenges arising during the project execution phase. Control vessel readiness planning and coordination scopes incl. mobilisation and demobilisations.

Experience in Jack-up or Offshore operations, Turbine Installation, or Heavy Lifting. Ability to act as a leader with stakeholder management skills. The ability to perform in a time sensitive setting and time constraint. Proven Risk and Change Management skills Good knowledge of oral and written English
