Du verantwortest Entscheidungs-Grundlagen für alle technischen Aspekte einer innovativen digitalen Plattform (Infrastruktur, CMS Headless & “klassisch”, Schnittstellen, Betrieb, Development-Cycles, etc.) und treibst Innovationen voran Dazu gehört die Steuerung / Konzeption für die strategische Ausrichtung der neuen Infrastruktur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden, dem gesamten UDG Team und externen Partner:innenBesonderen Wert legst Du dabei auf die Steuerung von Meeting-Effizienz, Team-Einsatzplanung, Stakeholder-Management und Budget-Bewusstsein und transparente Kommunikation gegenüber unseren KundenNeben einem hohen technischen Verständnis bringst Du unternehmerisches und strategisches Denken mit und hast Spaß daran, unsere Kunden proaktiv zu beraten. Dabei bringst Du unsere internen Abläufe mit den Anforderungen der Kunden in Einklang und entwickelst unsere Entwicklungsteams kontinuierlich weiter. Du hast ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen – viel wichtiger ist uns aber aktuelles Wissen im Bereich Web Technologien (CMS Headless & “klassisch”) sowie hohe Beratungskompetenz für innovative Development Prozesse Als Dev Lead, Lead Developer, SCRUM Master, (Technical) Product Owner oder als technisch versierter Projectmanager (all genders) konntest Du bereits Erfahrung Bereich Software / Web Development, Digitalisierung oder Tech / IT Consulting sammeln Du kennst Dich aus mit: CMS Headless & “klassisch”, Frontend / Backend Frameworks, Data Driven Marketing, Personalisierung, Content-Strukturen, IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud (Azure), CI / CD-Prozesse, Automatisierung, Desaster Recovery, High AvailabilityDu bist es gewohnt auch kompetenzübergreifend im Team mit UX/Design/Content zusammenzuarbeiten.Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsskills, um unsere Services beim Kunden sicher zu platzieren und überzeugend rüberzubringenDu besitzt Reisebereitschaft, um ca. einmal pro Monat unsere Kunden vor Ort zu treffen-
