This is your new job
Lead the global SiC Product Management team Take responsibility for the entire product portfolio management (e.g. Product Life Cycle, spec definition, quality requirements, initial price setting) Develop and own the SiC roadmap (innovation and optimization and creation of business cases) Take accountability for the product group strategy as well as long term planning Drive yearly sales and margin implementation of SiC as well as all cross functional actions required to achieve these business plan targets Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) to achieve business case fulfilment targets Be accountable for business case execution and fulfillment Lead the competitor (portfolio) analysis as well as technology and application trend analysis, market investigations Become the interface between marketing, development, quality, operations and all other departments of the Business Group SiCThis is you
Minimum master’s degree in semiconductor device physics, electrical engineering or similar Knowledge of discrete semiconductors as well as application know how of electronic hardware Minimum 10 years professional product marketing background Entrepreneurial approach with strong customer focus and service orientation Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent written and spoken English & German Excellent analytical and structured work approach Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams Ability to take functional lead of cross-functional teams Willingness to travel (10-15%)This is what Nexperia offers:
