Ihre Aufgaben
Begleitung und Unterstützung der Einführung von SAP Success Factors (HR-System) und S/4 HANA (ERP-System) durch alle Interessengruppen Aufsetzen einer Change-Management-Strategie, Darstellung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie standortübergreifende Implementierung zur Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Integration der Systeme, inkl. des entsprechenden Projektmanagements Internationale Fachbereichs- und Standortübergreifende Kommunikation mit allen betroffenen Interessensgruppen: Definition und Umsetzung des Kommunikationsplans mittels verschiedenener Kanäle Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung Koordination des Prozesses der Akzeptanzbildung und des Kulturwandels Antizipation und Unterstützung von Risiken und Auswirkungen der neuen Systeme auf alle betroffenen Unternehmensfunktionen Aufsetzen einer Trainingsstrategie sowie eines Trainingsplans für die verschiedenen Softwares und ihre Funktionen Definition und Überwachung von relevanten KPIs zur Messung des Erfolgs der Change-Management-Strategie Durchführung und Begleitung von Einführungs-Maßnahmen, wie Trainings oder Workshops
Ihr Profil
Hochschulabschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich wie Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder Human Resources Berufserfahrung im Bereich Change-Management in komplexen und dynamischen Unternehmensumgebungen Kenntnisse und tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Change-Management-Methoden und –Tools Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten zur Leitung von Teams Empathische Kommunikation in den unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen, Verständnis und Gespür für die Bedürfnisse und Anliegen der verschiedenen Interessensgruppen Überzeugende und schlagkräftige Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Praktische Erfahrungen in der Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifikation von Problemen, zur Entwicklung von Lösungen und zum Treffen von Entscheidungen Langfristiges, strategisches Denken Projektmanagement Skills und Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung von komplexen Projekten und Teams Verständnis für IT-Prozesse und Einsatz von Tools, bestenfalls praktische Erfahrung mit den Software Tools SAP Success Factors und S/4 HANA von Vorteil
