Ihre aufgaben
Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen in Bezug auf die Funktionsweise und den Handel von CFDs über die CFD-Handelsplattform der Société Générale Austausch und Interaktion mit relevanten internen Abteilungen im In- und Ausland ( Sales, Handel, IT, Recht, Compliance) Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen (KPI) für das Management Laufende Analyse unserer Wettbewerber im In- und Ausland Aufbau und Pflege eines Intranet-Portals Vorbereitung von Sales-Präsentationen zur internen und externen Verwendung Aufsetzen neuer Basiswerte als CFD und Pflege der bestehenden Basiswerte
Ihr profil
Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulstudium mit guten Studienleistungen (BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder vergleichbar) Ausgeprägtes Kapitalmarktinteresse Kenntnisse im Bereich CFDs und Derivate sind von Vorteil Eigeninitiative und selbständiges Arbeiten sind gefordert Kommunikationsfähigkeit (verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse), Teamfähigkeit Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office insbesondere Powerpoint und Excel; PowerBI ist von Vorteil; der Umgang mit Tools zum Aufbau von Webseiten ist ebenfalls von Vorteil) Affinität für die Auswertung von Daten (SQL und/oder VBA ist von Vorteil)

Über die Plattform können Endkunden dieser Banken und Broker eine umfangreiche Auswahl an Basiswerten aller Anlageklassen (Aktien, Indizes, Rohstoffe, Währungen und Zinsen) über das Finanzprodukt „Contracts for Difference“, kurz „CFD“ handeln.
Zur Unterstützung unseres CFD Sales Teams in Frankfurt suchen wir laufend Praktikanten/Praktikantinnen, die den Vertrieb und Support von CFDs begleiten.
Neben dem Beantworten von Kundenanfragen, der fortlaufenden Analyse des Wettbewerbsumfelds und der Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen erwarten Dich viele weitere Herausforderungen. Dabei wirst Du die Gelegenheit haben, mit Mitarbeitern des Handels, Compliance, IT oder auch der Rechtsabteilung zusammenzuarbeiten. Im Rahmen Deines Praktikums wirst Du einen tiefen Einblick in die Welt der CFDs bekommen.
