Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and manage a team of approximately 10 Electrical Engineering & Grid Connection professionalsTake overall responsibility for electrical engineering and grid connection strategy across wind, PV and BESS projectsOversee grid connection concepts, applications, technical studies and DSO/TSO engagementSupport MV/HV/EHV electrical infrastructure, substations and wider Balance of Plant requirementsEstablish engineering standards, processes and best practices across the teamWork closely with Project Development, Construction, Procurement and Commercial teamsAct as a senior technical interface with grid operators, suppliers and project partnersYour Background:Strong background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or Grid ConnectionSignificant experience within renewable energy or power infrastructureProven experience leading and developing technical teamsStrong understanding of the German grid connection environment and DSO/TSO requirementsComfortable operating at both strategic leadership and technical decision-making levelFluent German and strong English communication skills
