Electrical Section Head

Main Task:

Manages daily production lines, directs assembly workers, and ensures electrical products meet quality and safety targetManage the daily work schedule and assign tasks to assembly operators.Ensure that the assembly process for electrical components (such as cables, PCBs, or electrical panels) complies with work standards.Monitor the smooth operation of the production line to ensure that production targets are met on time. Promptly resolve minor technical issues that arise on the assembly lineEnsure strict adherence to quality standards (e.g., ASME, TEMA) throughout fabrication.Optimize use of personnel, machinery, and materials.Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.Guarantee all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.Address production issues and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:

Min. D3 Electrical Engineering or engineering backgroundProven leadership in production/fabricationProficient with electrical wiring diagramsKnowledge of industry codes and quality standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, API, AWS)Handle inventory, storage, and audits of raw materials.Experienced with SAP / ERPWilling to work shiftsPlacement of Pasuruan, East Java
