Ready to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and take the next step in clinical research as a CRA?
At PSI CRO, we believe great CRAs can be developed, not simply hired. We are looking for a Junior Clinical Research Associate who is curious, motivated to learn, and ready to grow into clinical monitoring. You will work with experienced clinical research professionals, build hands-on knowledge of clinical trials, and develop the skills needed to manage investigative sites with confidence.
Office-based in Munich, Germany
You will:
Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits as well as remote visitsPerform CRF review, source document verification and query resolutionMaintain accurate trial documentation, and help ensure participant safety, data integrity and compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirementsBe responsible for site communication and managementBuild effective relationships with investigators and study teamsBe involved in site identification processQualifications
Completed advanced CRA/Clinical Monitoring training (e.g., mibeg, Pharmaakademie, or comparable)University degree in life sciences, natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or another relevant scientific/healthcare fieldDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial processesPrior experience in clinical research is preferrableStrong communication and organizational skillsAttention to detail and willingness to take accountabilityAbility to manage several priorities and learn quicklyVery good German and English language skillsWillingness to travel to investigational sites within GermanyAdditional Information
