Installation Expert (f/m/d) HVDC and FACTS Portfolio
About the Role
In this role, you will act as a key interface between Engineering, Project Management, and Site Execution. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with the highest quality standards.How You’ll Make an Impact Provide technical support in the development and implementation of installation and execution concepts for international projectsManage interfaces between Engineering, Project Management, and Site Execution to ensure effective collaboration and alignmentEvaluate non-conformance reports (NCRs), conduct root cause analyses, and establish lessons learned processes to drive continuous improvementSupport project scheduling activities as well as the coordination and evaluation of subcontractors.
Actively contribute to project management with a focus on schedule adherence, quality standards, and successful project executionProvide technical guidance, training, and development support to team members, and contribute to research, development, and international site activitiesWhat You BringDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, combined with practical experience at a comparable levelSeveral years of experience in site execution, project delivery, and installation/execution planning, ideally within substations, HVDC projects, or FACTS systemsKnowledge of schedule management, subcontractor coordination, and project-related workflowsExperience in quality management, non-conformance management (NCRs), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills in international project environments, with proficiency in both German and EnglishStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a high level of personal responsibility, teamwork, and a coaching mindset
