JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage, analyze, and steer the entire project funding demands (product portfolio) for R&D and Capex to ensure compliance with the group-wide targetsSteer the TRATON groups strategic long-, mid
- and short-term planning cycles for R&D and CapexPrepare decision-making documents and performance reports, including quantitative and qualitative assessments for cross-functional committees and the TRATON Executive BoardSupport in the development and implementation of harmonized controlling processes and standards for R&D and Capex planning, steering and reportingAct as trusted & competent partner for the cross-functional and cross-brand controlling and product management teamFurther development of the system landscape to support and optimize the TRATON Group planning processesYOUR SKILLSUniversity degree in economics, business or comparable qualificationProactive and open mindset combined with a high degree of personal initiativeAbility to combine a big picture perspective with attention to detailsStrong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of complex financial data and provision of insightful recommendationsService mindset, solution orientation and learning attitude are equally important as some practical experienceComfortable to work independently while interacting with senior leadersStrong social & English communication skills to foster cross-functional and international collaborationWHAT TRATON OFFERS YOUA very good salary package according to IG Metal and Electro collective bargaining agreementincl.
