Discover your exciting roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Expert IT Procurement Management (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring that Exyte's IT hardware, software, services, and in-house contractor (IHC) needs are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.

Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesLead the operational aspects of procurement, including identifying and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies that align with IT organizational goals and objectivesManage and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to renewal and terminationEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all procurement activitiesMonitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle.

Oversee the contract registration process and maintain accurate recordsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within procurement activities, both internally and externallyCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contract scope, terms, and budget align with business objectivesShow your expertiseBachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT or a related fieldProven experience in IT procurement or a similar role with a strong focus on contract management and vendor negotiations in a global contextKnowledge of global procurement processes, contract law and data protection regulationsKnowledge of procurement management software and tools, with a strong understanding of IT systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance and making data-driven decisionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholdersExceptional organisational skills with a focus on ensuring compliance and managing complex procurement processesFluency in German required; English language skills preferredWhat
