As a Workday Delivery Lead/Project Manager: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: Leading Workday HCM projects implementation using the Workday methodology making use of your excellent project management and stakeholder management skillsActing as business advisor being able to diagnose how Workday can add value and how implementation can achieve return on investment.

Creating, mobilising and leading the governance of the projectCoordinating, facilitating and hosting client workshops throughout the different phases of the projectCreating, resourcing, mobilising, managing, coaching and act as linking pin for our global implementation teams (including functional, integrations, data, reporting/analytics, data, process, enablement)#LI-EUWe are looking for experience in the following

skills:
Proven experience and certifications in at least one or more of the Workday functional modules: Workday HCM Core Services. Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance and others.

Deep understanding of the interdependencies between the main Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence and Time Tracking as well as the Technical Workstreams (e.g. Data, Integrations, Reporting and Testing). In addition to managing workstreams such as Process and EnablementAbility to create, mobilise and run governance and budget structures and processes (e.g. SteerCos, change control, status reporting)Client advisory on a range of HR Transformation and Workday topicsExcellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processesExcellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.

Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactionsThrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirementsFluency in EnglishSet yourself apart: Experience in HR system implementationUp to date Workday certificationsFluency in another European Language.
