Key responsibilities
/ You will get to: Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reachedManage communications and project timelinesContribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement ManagerHelp increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of developmentContribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team eventsKey requirements / What we hope you bring: University degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in management consulting or financial businessDemonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformationYour experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rolloutYour mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levelsAn affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasksYour enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international teamYour excellent command of German and English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reportsYour previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniquesBeneficial experience /
