About the Role

Join us We're building our international vehicle fleet operations and looking for a motivated International Fleet Coordinator (m/f/d) to help manage and develop our fleet. Experience is welcome, but your enthusiasm for cars, organizational talent, and willingness to learn matter most. Responsibilities
• Fleet Coordination & Administration
• Manage vehicle records, contracts, insurance, and registrations
• Coordinate pool cars, leased vehicles, assignments, and handovers
• Ensure complete handover documentation that meets applicable legal requirements
• Maintenance, Insurance & Costs
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections, and insurance claims
• Liaise with leasing companies, workshops, and service providers
• Track contracts, deadlines, and fleet expenses
• Processes & Digitalization
• Maintain digital records and reporting tools
• Help establish efficient, scalable fleet processes
• Improve operational transparency and cost efficiency Qualifications
• Background in administration, logistics, automotive services, or similar Required Skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for cars and strong organizational skills
• Experience in fleet management, car rental, leasing, dealership operations, or logistics
• German and English proficiency: minimum B2 in both languages; Spanish B1 is a plus
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Pay range and compensation package
• €35,000–€42,000 gross annual salary
