About The Role
Are you passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition? In this role, you will take an active part in the complete recruitment process, from the initial conversation with hiring managers to the successful placement of candidates. You will advise leaders, engage with applicants and identify effective ways to reach the talent our business needs. As a member of our recruiting team, you will help create a positive and professional candidate experience while contributing to the continued development of our recruitment and employer branding activities. Qualifications You have completed a degree in business administration or a related field, or have completed commercial vocational training supplemented by further qualifications in human resources. You bring professional experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment; experience in active sourcing is an advantage. You communicate confidently in German and English and are comfortable using Microsoft 365. Familiarity with SAP HR would be beneficial. Beyond your experience, you enjoy identifying talented people and inspiring them to consider new opportunities. You build trusted relationships through a dependable, service-oriented approach and communicate clearly with candidates and colleagues. As a collaborative team player, you work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities and approach challenges with a practical, solution-focused mindset. Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including role briefings with hiring teams, targeted publication of job advertisements and successful appointment of candidates.
• Act as a point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, providing clear communication and supporting a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and conduct selection activities, from reviewing and screening applications to arranging and supporting interviews.
• Identify and proactively approach potential candidates through active sourcing, social media activities, recruitment events, career fairs and other relevant channels.
• Work with colleagues to improve sourcing channels, recruitment methods and processes, helping attract and engage suitable candidates.
• Contribute to HR projects and support initiatives related to personnel marketing and employer branding.
