You will gain hands-on experience across different HR functions, collaborate with local and international teams, and gradually take on increasing responsibility in both operational activities and strategic projects. The position is based at our German headquarters in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz) and is 100% on-site. Your Responsibilities
• Gain practical experience across various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development
• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives
• Assist with employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and personnel documentation
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on employee-related matters, organizational needs, and daily HR activities
• Contribute to Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and employee engagement initiatives
• Support HR reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis, ensuring accurate employee information and reliable HR documentation
• Participate in HR projects, process optimization, and organizational development initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve HR efficiency
• Gradually take ownership of independent projects and responsibilities, working closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders across Germany and Europe

Your Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Management, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in Human Resources and long-term professional development within an international organization
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or entry-level HR roles is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on mindset, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and embrace new challenges
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent German and English are mandatory; Mandarin Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment, with the motivation to grow into greater responsibility
