Gilching, Bavaria, Deutschland Vectoflow Vollzeit
What do Formula 1 racing cars, aircraft engines, drones and wind turbines have in common? In all these applications and many more, aerodynamics are optimized and controlled using Vectoflow technology. From individual probes to complete measurement systems, we develop advanced flow measurement solutions using additive manufacturing, aerospace engineering and intelligent software. As Production & Industrialization Engineer, you are the link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality. You make sure new products move from development into repeatable, scalable and compliant production, on the way to EN 9100 certification and a future EASA Part 21 Subpart G Production Organisation Approval (POA). The job is part planning, part shop floor: you optimise processes, support operators at the bench and solve manufacturing issues. You also work closely with our Head of Operations, take ownership of topics, prepare decisions with solid data and map our processes cleanly in our ERP (Odoo), where useful also programmatically. Your

responsibilities:
• Plan, release and monitor manufacturing orders; manage schedules, priorities and capacity together with procurement and engineering
• Own the manufacturing side of our ERP: BOM review, routings, master data, serial number and lot traceability, data clean-up and migration
• Turn how we actually work into clean ERP processes, and automate with small scripts, reports and dashboards
• Transfer new products from development into production: manufacturing processes, assembly and test concepts, fixtures and tooling, process validation, Design-for-Manufacturing
• Build up our EN 9100 quality system: process documentation, work instructions, audits, non-conformities and corrective actions
• Prepare for EASA Part 21 Subpart G: traceability, configuration and change management, production release, First Article Inspection
• Support production hands-on: troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, tests, calibration and assembly in peak periods
• Drive lean improvements: productivity, lead times, material flow and standard work What you bring to the table:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or a related field, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, production engineering or operations
• Experience in production planning and shop floor operations; solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally Odoo) and real interest in designing processes in the system
• Strong data

skills:
you like turning messy data into clean, structured information
• Basic programming skills (ideally Python) or strong motivation to build them
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOMs
• Experience in aerospace or other regulated industries, knowledge of EN 9100 / AS9100 and EASA Part 21 Subpart G is a plus
• Hands-on mentality, pragmatic and proactive
• Fluent English; German is a plus What we bring to the table:
• Work on cutting-edge aerospace and flow measurement technology
• Direct collaboration with engineering, production and leadership
• High level of ownership and responsibility
• Flexible

working hours
• Subsidized canteen
• Deutschlandticket subsidy
• A highly motivated international team building technology used worldwide
• The opportunity to shape products used in aerospace, drones and high-performance engineering applications Join a team where innovation, collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.
