- Stuttgart As an AI Engineer (m/w/d), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions, ranging from traditional predictive models to cutting-edge Generative AI applications. You'll work on high-impact global projects while contributing to our central AI & Data Platform that enables teams across the organization to scale AI securely and effectively. Your Responsibilities
• Lead AI and Machine Learning use cases from concept through production deployment
• Develop and maintain machine learning models and Generative AI solutions
• Design and enhance components of our global AI & Data Platform
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks and recommend innovative solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, data engineers, and platform teams across multiple business areas
• Ensure AI solutions meet data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve deployed AI applications and platform services
• Share best practices and contribute to AI innovation across the organization What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Several years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or Data Engineering
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or related technologies is highly desirable
• Experience working across different business domains and stakeholder groups is an advantage
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or vector databases
• Understanding of cloud-based data and AI platforms
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and responsible AI principles
• Passion for learning and staying at the forefront of AI innovation
