About Us
Ottolinger is an avant-garde fashion label founded by Swiss designers Christa Boesch and Cosima Gadient. Since 2016, the brand’s raw, subversive aesthetic has gained international recognition and a global following. Ottolinger is headquartered in Berlin and presents its collections during Paris Fashion Week. Job Overview Ottolinger is looking for a highly organised and proactive Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Berlin studio. Working closely with the Creative Directors and wider team, the Studio Manager will coordinate studio logistics, events, travel, schedules and administration, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and the studio runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily organisation and operations of the Berlin studio Coordinate studio logistics, deliveries, couriers, and shipments Budget planning and allocation for events Plan and organise events, fashion weeks, showrooms, shoots and internal projects Coordinate travel, accommodation, itineraries and appointments Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, deadlines and internal communication Liaise with venues, suppliers, contractors, warehouses and external partners Manage studio facilities, equipment, supplies and general office requirements Support invoices, expenses, budgets and administrative documentation Coordinate interns, freelancers and temporary staff when required Improve internal processes and provide operational support across the team Qualifications 3+ years of experience in studio management, operations, events or a similar role Experience within fashion, design, luxury or another creative industry is preferred Strong organisational, logistical and project-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities Proactive, practical and highly detail-oriented Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Fluent English; German and other languages are highly regarded Understanding of and alignment with the Ottolinger vision and aesthetic The role is based at the Ottolinger head office in Berlin.
