Strandweg 1, Flensburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany đź Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site đ Working Schedule: 5 Days Per Week đĽ Openings: 1 SmartField Tech is looking for an experienced EUC and Network Support Engineer to provide onsite IT infrastructure and end-user support at a customer location in Flensburg, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Provide onsite desktop, laptop and end-user support.
⢠Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, hardware and software.
⢠Support Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts.
⢠Perform hardware installations, replacements and upgrades.
⢠Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.
⢠Assist with routers, switches and network infrastructure.
⢠Perform IMAC activities and device deployment.
⢠Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools.
⢠Maintain technical documentation and asset records.
⢠Escalate complex technical issues when required. Required Skills
⢠Experience in EUC, Deskside Support or IT Infrastructure Support.
⢠Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
⢠Understanding of Active Directory.
⢠Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN and Wi-Fi.
⢠Hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
⢠Good communication and customer service skills. Candidate Requirements
⢠Must be available for onsite work 5 days per week.
⢠Candidates based in or able to commute to Flensburg.
