Key Responsibilities
* Develop sales with German importers, and distributors.
* Manage coffee offers, pricing, negotiations, and contracts.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable origins, grades, and quality profiles.
* Monitor market movements and manage trading margins.
* Coordinate with origin teams on sourcing, samples, quality, logistics, and delivery.
* Expand opportunities for organic, Fairtrade, and specialty coffees.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in green coffee trading or coffee sales.
* Strong knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, quality, and international pricing.
* Excellent negotiation skills and commercial judgment.
* Professional proficiency in German and English.
* An established coffee industry network is an advantage.
