• Strong SAP Basis and Basis Administration skills, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and transport management.
• Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting complex SAP technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Knowledge of Databases used in SAP environments (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL Server) and skills in backup, restore, and optimization.
• Consulting skills to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• B2 or higher German language proficiency and good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations in multi-system landscapes.
• Understanding of SAP security concepts, user and role administration, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Tempe, AZ, in a collaborative environment and manage priorities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications or demonstrated experience with SAP Basis in enterprise environments are highly beneficial.
