About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Consultant to join our dedicated team at ISR Information Products AG. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing advanced data architectures and analytics solutions for our diverse client portfolio. Your expertise will guide projects from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring that innovative and efficient solutions are delivered that meet the specific needs of each customer. You will collaborate closely with project management, technical teams, and clients to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and cloud platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. The role requires a proactive mindset, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in Data & Analytics, preferably within the SAP ecosystem. You should have a strong background in designing and building data architectures, data engineering, and cloud-based solutions. Proficiency in tools and languages such as Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks is essential. You should be passionate about developing innovative data warehouse, data lake, and cloud solutions that seamlessly integrate with analytics and BI requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to technology adoption are highly valued. Additionally, you must be willing to travel for client engagements and enjoy working directly with clients and teams on-site. Fluency in German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2) are required to communicate effectively within our multicultural environment. Responsibilities
• Lead the conception, design, and implementation of data architectures and analytics solutions tailored to client needs.
• Engage with clients and project management teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data warehouses using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, HANA-native solutions, Datasphere, and Data Lake platforms like Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and improve existing analytics processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support project success and knowledge transfer.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in Data & Analytics to continuously enhance service offerings.
