Founder's Associate Intern

Your Tasks As a Founder’s Associate Intern at Assemblio, you work closely with the founding team and are directly involved in our strategic development. You take on a key role in advancing our operations and actively contribute to optimizing our go-to-market strategy, sales processes, and business development initiatives. In doing so, you actively lay the foundation for further growth at Assemblio:
• Together with the founding team, you work hands-on on both operational and strategic projects and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.
• You will have the opportunity to support the acquisition of strategically relevant customers and thus directly influence Assemblio ’ s growth.
• Help to further optimize our sales and marketing processes by improving workflows and automations.
• Independently analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs, deriving valuable input for our strategy with the goal of generating data-driven insights for growth and business development.
• Build partnerships to improve our ecosystem.
• Whether internal or external: actively contribute to shaping meetings and events from content preparation and organization to professional execution. • You are motivated to build something new and ready to take a hands-on approach.
• You are a structured, analytical and solution-oriented person who enjoys thinking outside the box.
• You have already gained insights into dynamic work environments, for example in consulting, venture capital, the industrial or B2B sector or in a startup environment.
• You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You have business-fluent German and English skills and enjoy working on-site as part of a team.
