Zwingenberg On-Site SurTec Deutschland GmbH You support our team as Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d) limited for 12 months Responsibilities
• Order processing, delivery and invoicing using SAP ERP
• Monitoring of order processing
• Preparation of transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods for transportation by road or sea
• Understanding export and customs documents
• Processing customer inquiries and clarifying delivery status in German and English, including monthly tracking of delivery performance
• Recording and processing complaints and returns in the SAP C4C system (CRM)
• Accompanying documents for occasional national & international parcel shipments
• Project collaboration Qualifications
• Completed commercial training with experience in customer service
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP desirable, CRM and MS Office
• Basic knowledge of customs and export control
• Basic knowledge of the regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods

• Business fluent in German and good knowledge of English
