About The Role
Join adesso SE as a technology professional contributing to customer-focused digital initiatives. You communicate clearly and can explain technical topics to audiences with different backgrounds. You are comfortable working collaboratively, contributing ideas, and taking ownership of your commitments. You are also eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in keeping your skills current. Professional proficiency in the language required by your assigned customer and project is expected; additional language skills are an advantage. Responsibilities Work with customers and project teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements. Help assess opportunities to apply software, AI, data, and other digital technologies in ways that are practical, responsible, and aligned with customer priorities. Contribute to solution concepts, technical designs, implementation plans, and project documentation. Depending on your area of expertise, develop, configure, integrate, test, or evaluate digital solutions. Review work for quality, reliability, usability, and maintainability, and support continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Share knowledge with colleagues, communicate progress and risks, and help resolve challenges constructively. Take responsibility for agreed deliverables while contributing to a respectful, collaborative team environment.
