Job Summary The Logistics Supervisor (Medical Supply) provides first-line leadership and oversight of Class VIII medical supply operations in support of APS-2 mission readiness. The position is responsible for supervising personnel and directing daily warehouse and inventory activities to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, accountability, distribution, and turn-in of medical supplies and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory integrity, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and customer support while ensuring adherence to Army, contract, safety, quality, and medical logistics requirements. The role also serves as a key link between warehouse operations, supported units, and mission partners to ensure timely and effective sustainment support. This position is designated as a TESA (Technical Expert Status Accreditation) role. Candidates must meet all TESA eligibility requirements as defined by the U.
S. Army and applicable SOFA regulations. Final approval is subject to government review and issuance of TESA status. Employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining TESA accreditation for the duration of the assignment. Roles And Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise daily Class VIII medical supply operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, inventory, distribution, turn-in, and accountability of medical materiel and equipment.
• Direct and prioritize daily workload, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure mission requirements are executed efficiently and to standard.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and accountability for medical supplies, equipment, controlled items, regulated materiel, and shelf-life assets.
• Conduct inventories, cycle counts, location surveys, and causative research to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels, demand trends, expiration dates, and stockage objectives to support readiness and optimize inventory availability.
• Coordinate requisitioning, receiving, replenishment, distribution, retrograde, and turn-in activities to ensure uninterrupted support to customers and mission partners.
• Ensure medical supplies are properly stored, protected, labeled, and monitored in accordance with applicable medical logistics, environmental, safety, and shelf-life requirements.
• Train, mentor, and develop assigned personnel on inventory management, warehouse operations, documentation requirements, system transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce compliance with established SOPs, Army Medical Logistics standards, contract requirements, safety regulations, and quality management processes.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit operational reports related to inventory health, usage trends, discrepancies, readiness impacts, and performance metrics.
• Support audits, inspections, quality reviews, and corrective action initiatives by maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready records.
• Oversee HAZMAT activities within medical warehouse operations, ensuring compliant identification, storage, handling, documentation, shipment, and transportation of hazardous materials.
• Maintain or obtain HAZMAT 12 certification, as required, to review, certify, or oversee hazardous material shipping documentation and transportation compliance activities.
• Coordinate with Government representatives and cross-functional teams including supply, maintenance, transportation, quality, and safety to resolve issues and support mission execution.

• Must have an Active U.
S. Government issued Secret Security Clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment on this contract. Due to this, you must be a U.
S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in medical logistics, Class VIII supply operations, warehousing, or supply chain management, including at least one year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Class VIII materiel management, inventory control, supply accountability, shelf-life management, and regulated medical materiel handling.
• Experience utilizing logistics or medical supply management systems for inventory management, transaction processing, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead personnel, establish priorities, enforce standards, and drive operational performance in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, inventory management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret and apply Army, contract, safety, quality, and logistics requirements.
Must possess or be able to obtain HAZMAT 12 certification when required by assigned duties.
• Familiarity with Army contracting requirements, FAR/DFARS, quality management systems, safety programs, and audit-readiness practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges.
• Valid passport with a minimum of 12 months validity and at least six blank pages. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting APS, Army Prepositioned Stocks, theater sustainment, or deployed logistics operations.
• Prior supervisory experience within medical supply, warehouse, inventory management, or distribution operations in a military, Government, or contractor environment.
• Knowledge of audit preparation, inspection support, corrective action tracking, and objective evidence management.
• Current HAZMAT 12 certification preferred; HAZMAT 15 certification preferred when supporting European road or rail transportation requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across functional areas and effectively communicate with Government representatives, contractors, and internal leadership.
